You acknowledge and agree that domestic and international carriage by zoom4 couriers of any shipments tendered to zoom4 couriers through the Website will be governed by the terms, conditions and limitations of liability set out in the applicable terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Zoom4couriers will take full care in ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of the consignments-however, Zoom4couriers, under no circumstances. Will be liable for delay in pick-up transportation or delivery of any consignment regardless of the cause of delay.

Zoom4couriers reserves the right to choose its routes of routing the consignments which may change from time to time.

Zoom4couriers reserves the right to open/inspect any document/parcel/consignment in order to check misuse of our services by any unscrupulous people. Zoom4couriers Shall have a lien on the goods for all freight charges, Custom duties, advances or charges of any kind arising out of this contract of carriage and may refuse to surrender possession of the goods until such charges are paid.

All consignments carried under this Consignment Note are carried under CARRIERS ACT and at OWNER’S RISK otherwise & until specifically agreed to by Zoom4couriers by charging RISK CHARGES which at present as @ 2.0% of the value of consignment under OWNER’S RISK.

Zoom4couriers is not a Common Carrier and will only carry good subject to these conditions.
